    To save time:  These forms show the information that we need to fill in all the court forms.  Yes, it's a lot of work.  The more you can do ahead of time, the less you'll have to pay us.  :-) 

 

    Most are in Adobe Acrobat format.  Download, fill them out, and return them to us in person or by fax, email or mail.

Parenting Information

 

    The State of Missouri requires that, if there are children, each party to a divorce must receive a booklet called "In Your Child's Best Interest."  It is worth reading, and states some important information, including rules about relocating.  (It's the bright yellow booklet.)  Click here for a PDF version on white paper:  "In Your Child's Best Interest."   

 

    Each of the Counties has a mandatory parenting class in which they teach you about how to avoid getting the kids caught in the middle, etc., and they hand out a form about how to sign up, as well as encouraging mediation.  You must take this class before the judge will let your case go through.  Here is the information for:
